"We all need a good technical education on the value of food and the way in which it's produced. We need to live in harmony with the rest of world."
Staff and students attended last night's City Food Lecture at Guildhall London, where Professor Louise Fresco discussed Foods for the Future before a closing speech by our Chancellor, Her Royal Highness, The Princess Royal.

What will we all be eating in the future? If we don't eat meat and fish where will our proteins come from? Plants not very complete in proteins or amino acids so you need to be careful consumer to get array you need. @LouiseOFresco #CFL2020 #cityfoodlecture #foodsupplychain pic.twitter.com/HqYrvG5gCM
